1. About this policy
This policy explains how Toddler Vocab handles information when you use the Toddler Vocab apps or visit this website. “We,” “us,” and “Toddler Vocab” refer to the publisher of Toddler Vocab.
2. The Toddler Vocab app
The current app preview does not require an account and does not include advertising or social features. It stores a small set of preferences on the device, such as whether words speak automatically, whether a slower voice is preferred, and whether written labels are shown.
Deleting the app or clearing its local storage removes these preferences.
3. Spoken words
Toddler Vocab uses the device or browser speech service to pronounce words. The app does not ask for microphone access and does not record your child’s voice. Your operating system or browser provider may process speech requests according to its own settings and privacy terms.
4. This website
We do not use advertising trackers or marketing cookies on this website. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process limited network and request information to deliver, secure, and operate the site. That processing is governed by Cloudflare’s own privacy terms.
5. Feedback and support
A grown-up may optionally send feedback from the parent-only area of the app. A submission can include the message, an optional private rating, an optional parent reply email, and limited technical context such as the app version, platform, locale, and submission time. Please do not send personal information about a child.
Feedback is used only for app functionality and customer support, is not used for tracking, and is retained for up to 90 days. Fractelle’s shared feedback service runs on Cloudflare and sends a notification to Toddler Vocab’s support alias. If the app is offline, an unsent message remains on the device and is retried when the app becomes active again.
6. Purchases
Toddler Vocab offers an optional one-time purchase. Apple or Google processes the payment and manages the store receipt under its own terms; Toddler Vocab does not receive or store your payment-card details. The app stores the unlocked status on your device so purchased content remains available.
7. Children’s privacy
Toddler Vocab is designed to be used with a parent or caregiver. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it.
